WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police announced the arrest of 48-year-old Harold Harris on drug charges following an investigation.
The criminal complaint alleges that on May 4, at approximately 12:55 p.m., members of Wilmington’s Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division, executed a search warrant in the 2300 block of Carter Street, in reference to a drug investigation. Police took 48-year-old Harold Harris into custody without incident. Police recovered 11.5 grams of crack cocaine, 85 grams of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
Harris was charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver in Tier 2 Quantity
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released on his own recognizance.
