Wilmington Man Arrested After Large Drug Bust

WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police announced the arrest of 38-year-old Rahim Hargrow on drug charges following an investigation.

Authorities stated that on December 14 at approximately 2:05 p.m., police responded to a complaint in the 1100 block of Linden Street involving weapons.  Police made contact with Rahim Hargrow.  Police recovered 305 grams of marijuana, and 268.8 grams of cocaine. Through investigative measures, police were able to connect Hargrow to the recovered items.  An arrest warrant was drafted for Hargrow who was taken into custody without incident.

Hagrow was charged with the following offenses:

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 3 Quantity
  • Possession of Marijuana

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $20,200 cash-only bail.
