West Reading Police Make Arrest in Stolen Vehicle Case

WEST READING, PA — The West Reading Police Department announced that they have made an arrest in a case involving a stolen vehicle.

Authorities stated that on February 21, 2023, at approximately 8:35 AM, an Officer was dispatched to a report of a theft of a motor vehicle in the 400 block of Reading Avenue. After investigating the incident, the officer determined that the vehicle had been stolen and forwarded the case to the WRPD Criminal Investigations Division.

On February 23, 2023, investigators located the vehicle reportedly being operated by 25-year-old Timothy Scott Blair Jr. Blair admitted to taking the car without permission from the owner and was arrested for theft.
