PHILADELPHIA, PA — As winter sets in and the season of giving continues, Waxing The City® is stepping up to help those in need. The company has announced a razor drive that will run until December 31, aimed at collecting new, unopened razors to donate to No More Secrets Mind Body Spirit, United Way of Greater Mercer County, and local Goodwill centers.
The initiative comes in response to the increased need for warm clothes and basic essentials during the colder months. A recent LendingTree study revealed that nearly a third of Americans cut back on or skip basic living expenses to pay an energy bill in winter.
Waxing The City® has seven locations in the greater Philadelphia area, all of which will participate in the razor drive. Customers who donate a new, unopened razor in its original packaging will receive $10 off select waxing services at these locations through December 31.
The participating Waxing the City locations include Philadelphia, King of Prussia, North Wales, Dresher, Doylestown, Wilmington, DE, and Princeton, NJ.
