Help the Police Catch the Suspects: Information Needed on Shooting Incident in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group seek public assistance in gathering information regarding a shooting incident that took place at 3858 N. 13th St. in Philadelphia.

Authorities allege that on April 23, 2023, two victims were shot inside their vehicle by two masked men armed with semi-automatic firearms. A 40-year-old female and a 24-year-old male were both shot in the face and throughout their bodies. Both are listed in critical condition. The suspects fled in a gray, late model Toyota Camry which has been recovered.

Suspect #1 is a tall, slender black male with long hair, possibly dreadlocks. He was last seen wearing a black “Under Armour” hoodie, black sweatpants, white socks, and sneakers. Meanwhile, Suspect #2 wore a dark hooded sweatshirt and a face mask.
