NEWARK, DE — The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit (S.O.A.R.) announced it is currently searching for 51-year-old Kenneth W. Jewell, a wanted sex offender, after he either failed to register or re-register at his current address.
Jewell’s last known residence was located on the 1600 block of N. DuPont Hwy in New Castle, Delaware. He is described as a White man, 5’9″ tall, medium build, with grey hair and blue eyes.
