TINICUM TWP, PA — Conrail has announced a temporary closure of Wanamaker Avenue in Tinicum Township, Delaware County, to facilitate essential rail improvements. This closure is scheduled for Monday, October 28, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, impacting the section between Route 291 (Industrial Highway) and 2nd Street.

During the closure, motorists will be detoured via Route 291 (Industrial Highway), Jansen Avenue, and 2nd Street. The project is being conducted under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
