Vehicle Strikes Business in Warminster Township: Police Search for Driver

WARMINSTER TWP, PA—  On July 14, 2022, a vehicle struck a business in Warminster Township and police are now searching for the driver. Surveillance footage shows that at 9:11 AM this date, a dark-colored sedan drove up to the building and hit the side of it. The impact caused significant damage to the door and sent debris flying into the parking lot. Fortunately, no one was injured in the collision.

Warminster Township Police responded and when they arrived on the scene, they found that a car had crashed into the door of a business on Prospect Avenue. The damage to the door was estimated to be $1,000. Warminster Township Police reviewed the surveillance video from the business and observed that the hit and run was committed by a white female driving a white 4-door vehicle, possibly a Nissan. The driver of the vehicle was shaking after the accident but she got out of the car, checked the damage, and then drove away towards York Road.

Warminster Township Police are continuing their investigation and are asking for the public’s help in identifying a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run.
