Utility Improvement Scheduled on Route 29 in Perkiomen Township

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that Perkiomen Township will be performing utility improvements on Route 29 (Gravel Pike) in Perkiomen Township, Montgomery County, beginning Monday, March 27.

The work schedule and location are:

  • Monday, March 27, through Friday, March 31, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, a weekday lane closure is scheduled on Route 29 (Gravel Pike) between High School Drive and Maple Avenue.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

Perkiomen Township will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
