PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is currently seeking the whereabouts of 11-month-old baby girl Destinee Baskerville and her mother, Natalie Baskerville, a 39-year-old woman. They were reported missing after being last seen on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at 10:10 A.M. in the vicinity of Upsal Street (200 block).

Destinee is described as 2 feet tall, weighing 25 pounds, with brown eyes. At the time she was last seen, she was wearing a white floral bottom paired with a pink one-piece suit. Natalie, on the other hand, stands at 5’4″ and weighs around 140 pounds. She has a medium brown complexion, brown eyes, and black hair. Unfortunately, no further information about her clothing is available at this time, except that she is carrying a pink diaper bag.
