PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department has initiated an investigation into the case of the missing juvenile, I’jae Hawkes. I’jae, a resident of the 6200 block of Cedar Ave., was last seen leaving her residence on Friday, September 1, 2023, at 5:30 PM.
I’jae is a 16-year-old young lady, standing at a height of 5’1″ and weighing approximately 130 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a grey hooded shirt adorned with Hello Kitty and black and white pajama pants.
