PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department seeks public assistance in locating a missing child, Mekhyal Allen-McGill, who was last seen on Sunday, May 21, 2023, around 1:30 pm, on the 400 block of E. Washington Lane.
Mekhyal, a nine-year-old, stands at a height of 4’2” and weighs 60 lbs. He has black hair, and brown eyes. He was wearing a black skull cap with a panda, a grey hooded sweatshirt, navy sweatpants, and white high-top Reebok sneakers.
