UPLAND, PA — In a recent drug raid, Upland Borough Police executed a search warrant on the residence of a 43-year-old female and 31-year-old male on Race St. in Upland Borough.
The February 16th warrant was the result of a two-week narcotics investigation, during which time officers seized various types and quantities of prescription narcotics not prescribed to either occupant of the residence, as well as packaging materials for drugs.
As a result, both the female and male were arrested and charged with narcotics and related offenses. The names of the arrestees have not been released.
Information, a criminal complaint, or an arrest is not a declaration of guilt. A suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
