Unregistered 9mm Found and Suspects Arrested in Manheim Robbery

MANHEIM, PA — Manheim Borough Police Department announced the arrest of three suspects in connection to an armed robbery.

According to the criminal complaint. on Monday, March 20th, at 4:55 PM, Manheim Borough police were dispatched to Hazel and High Streets for a report of suspicious activity. A witness told officers that they saw three individuals wearing masks and goggles in the area, who appeared to be following a juvenile male. When police arrived on the scene, they located the three suspects and the victim juvenile. One of the suspects, Kyle Keller, attempted to flee from police but was caught. He was found to be in possession of an unregistered 9mm handgun and two magazines – one with 17 rounds and one with 31 rounds.

The juvenile victim (13) from Manheim, reported to officers that the two male subjects, later identified as Keller and Damian Ruiz (22) from Manheim, approached and surrounded him wearing masks and a vest. An additional female suspect, Brayden Bomberger (22) from Manheim, then attempted to remove the victim juvenile’s backpack.

Officers charged Keller, Damian and Bomberger after witnesses identified them and officers collected the discarded firearm evidence.
