READING, PA — The Township of Spring Police Department announced it is investigating a retail theft that occurred on November 13, 2022, at approximately 11:30 AM from Ulta Beauty on Paper Mill Road, Berks County.
One female suspect spoke to an employee, while a second female suspect allegedly filled a reusable shopping bag with various products totaling $407. Both suspects are described as Black females, between 18-25 years of age, 5’3″ and -5’9″. Suspect 1 was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and suspect 2 was wearing a black fur coat. The suspects fled the area in a white Jeep SUV, possibly a Compass or Grand Cherokee. The same suspects are also believed ti have committed a retail theft at Walgreens in Cumru Township on the same day at approximately 10:00 AM.
