PennDOT announced that Route 32 (Main Street) will be shut down during tree removal operations in New Hope Borough, Bucks County.
Starting Monday, May 22 from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM, the designated stoppage will extend between Route 232 (Windy Bush Road) and Route 179 (Bridge Street). Drivers will be rerouted to take the following path: Route 179 (Bridge Street), towards U.S. 202 (Lower York Road), onto Aquetong Road, and finally redirected onto Route 232 (Windy Bush Road).
Access up to the work zone will be available locally. Drivers should budget extra time when traveling around the work area to account for backups and possible delays.
