Tips Sought in Connection With Robbery at Old Navy

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted for robbery.

Authorities stated that on February 16, 2023, at approximately 3:30 pm, the suspect went into the Old Navy Store at 1628 Chestnut Street, put four pairs of jeans in a bag and left without paying. When loss prevention employees confronted the suspect, he pulled out a box cutter and threatened them. The suspect then fled on foot. He is described as a white male, 57″ tall, 35-40 years old, with a beard and mustache. He was wearing a burgundy hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and dark shoes.
