Three Young Males Arrested on Assault Charges in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police announced the arrest of three young males on assault charges.

Authorities stated that on December 22 at approximately 8:52 p.m., police responded to the 900 block of North Market Street for a report of an assault involving several subjects.  Police obtained a description and conducted an area search for the suspects.  A short time later, police took three juveniles into custody without incident, two 13-year-old males and a 12-year-old male.

The first 13-year-old juvenile was charged with the following offenses:

  • Conspiracy – 3rd Degree
  • Offensive Touching

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on his own recognizance.

The second 13-year-old juvenile was charged with the following offenses:

  • Conspiracy – 3rd Degree
  • Offensive Touching

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on his own recognizance.

The 12-year-old male was charged with the following offenses:

  • Conspiracy – 3rd Degree
  • Offensive Touching

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on his own recognizance.
