The Philadelphia Police Department is now asking for the public’s help in identifying three suspects who were caught on surveillance video shortly before the shooting occurred. All three suspects are armed with handguns and a $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction in this case.

He was also wearing a white medical-style facemask.
