State Police Investigating Attempted Armed Robbery at Chadds Ford McDonald’s

CHADDS FORD, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police from the Media Barracks are investigating an attempted robbery that occurred at the McDonalds Restaurant, located at 1 Christy Drive, Chadds Ford, Delaware County on April 19, 2022, between 4:30 AM and 5:00 AM.

Authorities state that the suspects implied a weapon and attempted to force the victim to open a safe. The suspects were unsuccessful and fled the location by unknown means to an unknown location. Each perpetrator was wearing identifiable shoes and Suspect 1 was holding an unknown device.
