SEPTA to Restrict Northbound Broad Street in South Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA — SEPTA is planning to a single lane closure on northbound Broad Street (Route 611) between Morris Street and Tasker Street in Philadelphia beginning Monday, September 12, for an improvement project at the Tasker-Morris Subway Station, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced. The lane closure will be in place 24/7 through spring 2024.

Motorists are being advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
