EAST HEMPFIELD TWP, PA — PennDOT announced that maintenance crews have completed an emergency pipe replacement on Route 23 (Marietta Avenue) between Running Pump Road and Route 741 in East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County.
The detour associated with this work has been lifted and Route 23 is open to traffic.
