Reward: Help Find Man Wanted for Sex Crimes Against a Child

LANCASTER, PA — The Lancaster City Bureau of Police is asking for the public’s help in locating Victor Rivera who is wanted for multiple sex crimes against a child.

As a result of the investigation, Victor Rivera has been charged with 1 count of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Child, 1 count of Aggravated Indecent Assault of a Child, 1 count of Indecent Assault of a Child, 1 count of Unlawful Contact with a Minor, 1 count of Corruption of Minors, and 1 count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Rivera is described as a 56-year-old Hispanic male, 5’11” 195 lbs.. His last known address is on the 300 block of W Lemon St, Lancaster, PA

Lancaster City and the Lancaster County Crime Stoppers are offering a reward of up to $1000 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of the person(s) responsible for the listed crime.

If you have any information on Victor Rivera’s whereabouts, contact the Lancaster City Bureau of Police at 717-735-3300 and ask for Detective Higgins or a working Detective, or call 911 in case of an emergency.
