PPD Investigating Robbery in West Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is investigating a robbery that took place in West Philadelphia.

Authorities stated that on December 12th, 2022, at around noon, four males followed the victim into a laundromat at 5122 Market Street. Once inside, the males attacked the victim, taking his prescription medication and wallet. The offenders fled eastbound on Market Street. The victim sustained minor injuries in the attack.
