Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Tesla Scratcher

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect who was caught on surveillance video scratching two Tesla vehicles.

The incident occurred on August 28, 2022, at 7:00 pm on the 200 block of Delancey St. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 30 years old, with a goatee and medium build. He was wearing a gray t-shirt, black shorts, white socks with a black stripe and black sandals at the time of the incident.
