Police Raid Results in Arrest, Marijuana and $19,072 Seized

WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police announced the arrest of 51-year-old Kelvin Clark following a drug investigation.

Authorities stated that on March 16, at approximately 11:24 a.m., members of Wilmington’s Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division, along with members of the Canine Unit, executed search warrants in the 3000 block of Governor Printz Boulevard and the 600 block of East 23rd Street, following a drug investigation. Police took 51-year-old Kelvin Clark into custody without incident. Police recovered 849 grams of marijuana and $19,072 in currency.

Clark was charged with the following offenses:

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on $13,000 unsecured bail.
