Police Looking for Help Identifying a Suspect in Recent Shooting

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department and Northwest Detectives are seeking assistance in identifying the persons depicted in the provided video in reference to a shooting that occurred at 3700 N. Carlisle Street on November 22, 2021, at approximately 11:55 pm. The victim was shot while sitting in his black Toyota Highlander at 3700 N. Carlisle Street and shortly after crashed into the rear of a parked vehicle.

The suspect is described as a black male, thin build, with long dreadlocks and a beard, wearing a black “NASA “ hooded sweatshirt, black jeans and tan Timberland boots in the company of white or Hispanic male wearing a green colored hooded jacket and blue jeans with a tattoo on his neck and the back of his right hand.
