WILMINGTON, DE — The Wilmington Police has initiated an investigation into a shooting incident that took place on Wednesday at around 5:03 p.m., near the intersection of West 23rd and North Jefferson Streets.
During the incident, a 14-year-old male sustained a gunshot wound and was promptly transported to the hospital in a stable condition. Currently, authorities are refraining from revealing any further details regarding the victim. The investigation into this unfortunate incident is ongoing.
