Police Investigating Potentially Stolen Trash Compactor

CHALFONT, PA — The New Britain Township Police Department is investigating a case of a potentially stolen trash compactor from the Giant Food Store located at 4275 County Line Road in Chalfont.

Authorities state that on October 21, 2021, at 1:30 pm, the pictured person driving the pictured vehicle removed a large trash compactor from the rear of the Giant Food Store. Giant loss prevention confirmed with their contracted waste management company that the trash compactor was not removed by them, nor one of their contracted trucks. At this time, this incident is reported to be a theft.
