READING, PA — The Township of Spring Police say they are investigating a Retail Theft that occurred at Ulta Beauty on Paper Mill Road, Spring Township, Berks County.
Authorities state that on May 4, 2022, at 5:39 PM, the pictured suspects entered the store selected fragrances, placed the merchandise into bags, and fled the store without paying. They were observed operating a dark-colored SUV.
Suspect 1 is described as a light-skinned Black or Hispanic male with a large birthmark above his right eye, short hair, and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a circular pattern on each sleeve and black jeans.
Suspect 2 is described as a Black male with a tattoo or birthmark above his right eye, and dreadlocks, and was wearing a Yale sweatshirt and black jeans.
