Police Attempt to Identify Suspects in Burglary at Evolution Powersports

CUMRU TWP, PA — The Cumru Township Police Department is asking the public’s help identifying suspects in an ongoing burglary investigation.

Authorities state the burglary occurred on Sunday, December 9, 2022, at approximately 5:00 AM at Evolution Powersports, 2400 Lancaster Pike, Cumru Township, Berks County. Upon arrival, patrol units encountered four suspects who fled on foot towards a black 2014 Jeep Cherokee that was parked on the lot with a fifth suspect in the driver’s seat. The vehicle fled the scene and a pursuit was initiated. The pursuit was terminated when the vehicle entered the Pennsylvania turnpike.
