Philly Police on the Hunt for Four Men Who Robbed a Store at Gunpoint

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia Police are on the hunt for four suspects wanted in a brazen commercial robbery that took place at gunpoint.

The incident occurred at the Wyndale Grocery store, located at 5648 Wyndale Avenue, shortly before 4:00 PM on February 6th. According to investigators, four armed men pulled up to the store in a black Honda Accord and entered the building. While three of the men held several customers and employees at gunpoint, the fourth male went behind the deli counter and assaulted an employee before stealing several thousand dollars from the cash register. The offenders quickly fled the scene, heading down the 5600 block of Wyndale Avenue. A witness stated that all four suspects spoke Spanish.
