VILLANOVA, PA — Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health announced that Philip Putnam, JD, M.S., was recently selected for the newly created position of vice president of quality improvement. Putnam currently serves as director of legal, risk and quality at Devereux Florida.
As vice president of quality improvement, Putnam will oversee Devereux’s Quality Improvement function – including developing and executing quality assurance policies and initiatives – to ensure all aspects of the organization’s clinical care are aligned with evidence-based practices and guidelines. Putnam’s responsibilities also will include continuing Devereux’s efforts to further improve safety measures and protocols across all campuses to benefit the children, adolescents and adults served by the organization. Putnam will collaborate with leaders to ensure positive outcomes in the following areas: clinical analytics, individuals’ safety, accreditation and regulatory compliance, and risk management.
