Philadelphia Police Seeks Public Help to Identify Suspects in Vicious Bike Attack

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is soliciting the public’s aid in identifying the individuals captured in a recently-released video clip.

Detective Parkinson with the Central Detective Division says that on May 4, 2023, at approximately 1:00 am, the victim, a 48-year-old male, was riding his bike on the 2500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue when the occupants of a black sedan knocked him off his bike, punched and kicked him until he was unconscious. The suspects then took the victim’s wallet and keys and fled in an unknown direction.
