Philadelphia Police Seek Suspects Wanted for CVS Robbery

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department’s East Detective Division is asking the public for help in identifying suspects wanted for the robbery of a CVS Pharmacy on Sunday evening.

According to Detective Emblen, on April 23, 2023, at approximately 8:16 PM, two unknown black males entered the CVS Pharmacy located at 1148 North 2nd St. One of the suspects attempted to pass a counterfeit twenty-dollar bill. When the employee informed the suspect that the money was fake, the suspect left the store. The second suspect then approached the employee threatening to rob the store. The suspect then instructed the employee to empty the cash register. After refusing to comply with the suspect’s demands, the suspect left the store.
