Philadelphia Police Seek Burglar Who Used Bicycle as Getaway Vehicle

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect who used a bicycle as a getaway vehicle in two separate burglaries.

Authorities state that on December 9, 2022, at approximately 3:20 am, the suspect forced entry to Primos Hoagies located at 304 Market Street and took a safe containing an undetermined amount of money. The same suspect is believed to be responsible for another burglary that night at Franklin Square Park. Surveillance footage from both locations shows the suspect arriving and leaving on a dark-colored bicycle.
