Philadelphia Police Searching for Suspects in Subway Restaurant Robbery

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects wanted in connection with a robbery at a Subway Restaurant.

Authorities stated that on March 5, 2023, at 9:30 pm, the suspects entered the restaurant and pointed handguns at the employees before demanding money from the cash register. After taking an unknown amount of money, they fled in an unknown direction. The police have released descriptions of both suspects.

Suspect #1 is a black male who is 5’5″ tall and thin build, and was wearing all dark clothing at the time of the robbery. He was armed with a dark handgun. Suspect #2 is also a black male, 5’5″ tall and medium build. He was also wearing all dark clothing, and was armed with a silver handgun.

The Philadelphia Police are urging anyone with information about this incident to contact the police at 215.686.TIPS (8477). All calls will remain anonymous and can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
