Philadelphia Police Search for Suspect in Fatal Hit and Run

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police are asking the public for help identifying the driver in a fatal hit-and-run on Monday.

Authorities state that on June 20, 2022, at 6:47 PM, an unknown person operating a gray TESLA struck a pedestrian at the intersection of Germantown Avenue and Coulter Street causing fatal injuries then fled the scene and was last seen south on Germantown Avenue then east on Wister Street where it was last seen. The victim, a 21-year-old female, was pronounced at Einstein Hospital.

The vehicle is described as a gray Tesla with damage to the right front bumper, fender and windshield.
