PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group are asking for the public’s assistance for information in reference to this shooting incident.
Authorities state that on May 7, 2022, at approximately 1:16 am, two unknown males left a local bar and were engaged in a verbal argument outside of 3652 Germantown Ave. As the two separated and walked to their cars the suspect retrieved a semi-automatic handgun and fired several rounds at the victim striking the victim in his ear, shoulder and stomach then fled and was last seen north on Germantown Ave in a silver vehicle with tinted windows possibly a Buick LaCrosse. The victim was transported to Temple Hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
- Suspect Description: Black male, short, 30-35 years of age wearing a black Northface jacket with a green hoodie underneath, black pants and green, black and white “Nike” sneakers.
