Authorities stated that on January 12, at approximately 12:37 pm, an unknown black male along with a black female followed the victim off of the train platform at 100 Spring Garden Street. When they got to the bottom of the steps, suspect #1 allegedly hit the complainant several times and took her cell phone. Both suspects then fled together.

The Philadelphia Police Department is urging anyone with information about this incident to submit a tip via telephone by dialing 215.686.TIPS (8477).
