PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police announced the investigation of a commercial robbery that occurred in Southwest Philadelphia on January 24th.
Authorities allege that shortly before 10:30 PM, two men enter United Gas at 6901 Buist Avenue. The armed men force their way behind the register and hold the employee at gunpoint. The offenders take about $1600, tobacco products and the victim’s phone before fleeing the scene on foot.
