Philadelphia Police Department Seeks Public’s Help in Finding Missing 14-Year-Old Kelsiy Gilliam

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking public assistance in finding Kelsiy Gilliam, a 14-year-old who went missing on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, from the 1300 block of Kings Place.

Kelsiy is described as having black hair and brown eyes, standing at 5′ 2″ and weighing 130 lbs with a slim build. She was last seen walking in a grey New Balance sweater, black tights, and black slippers.

Detectives are calling upon the community to help them find Kelsiy and reunite her with her loved ones. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact the Central Detective Division at 215-686-3093 or simply dial 911.
