PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department has issued an urgent appeal for assistance in locating Angel Edwards, a 12-year-old who has gone missing. Angel was last seen on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 12:30 AM, in the vicinity of the 2900 block of W. French Street.
Angel is described as a 12-year-old with a height of 5’3″ and weighs around 110 lbs. She has a medium complexion, straight black hair that falls to her shoulders, and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, Angel was wearing a beige hooded sweatshirt, black tights (pants), an unknown pair of footwear, and had a black bonnet on her hair.
