Philadelphia Police Ask Public for Help Identifying Burglary Suspect

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police are seeking assistance from the public in order to identify a suspect in connection with a commercial burglary.

Detectives state that on Friday, September 17, 2021, at 4:50 am, the 6th district responded to a report of a burglary at 1020 Pine Street (Yarnphoria). Surveillance video depicts an unknown male gaining entry into the establishment by breaking the front door glass and once inside the suspect took an unknown amount of money from the cash register then fled in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a male, unknown race, thin build, wearing a dark-colored baseball cap, dark-colored jacket, gray pants and dark-colored dress shoes.
