WEST CHESTER, PA — The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department announced the arrest of 33-year-old Sean Higgins from Philadelphia on Stalking and Harassment charges.
According to authorities, on April 21, 2023, a resident of Westtown Township filed a criminal complaint alleging multiple incidences of domestic related Stalking and Harassment. Subsequently, an arrest warrant was issued for Sean Higgins after he refused to turn himself in to the police.
Recently, Law Enforcement located Sean Higgins in New Jersey where he was arrested and held until extradition to Pennsylvania on August 27, 2023.
