Pennsylvania State Police Searching for Suspect Wanted for Attempted Homicide

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police are asking for the public’s help in finding 20-year-old Samuel Irizarry in connection to a 2019 attempted homicide incident.

Irizarry is wanted for attempted homicide and other related charges stemming from a shooting that occurred on February 20, 2019. The incident took place at approximately 10:35 PM on Interstate 95 South around mile marker 22.6 in Philadelphia.
