Pennsylvania Man Arrested on Gun Charges in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police have arrested a Pennsylvania man on gun charges.

On July 19 at approximately 4:36 p.m. an officer was flagged down in the 200 block of North Lombard Street, Wilmington for a complaint of a stolen firearm. Moments later, police made contact with 32-year-old Anthony Iarossi of Levittown, PA. Police took Iarossi into custody without incident and recovered a loaded 9mm handgun.

Iarossi was charged with Theft of a Firearm.

The defendant was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on $4,000 unsecured bail.
