Peeping Tom Investigation: Police Need Your Help Identifying Dressing Room Deviant

MANHEIM TWP, PA — Manheim Township Police are asking for help identifying a man accused of entering a women’s changing room and holding his phone under the dressing room door.

Authorities state that at 5:21 p.m., on Thursday, July 15th, 2021, the pictured male entered the Target at 1589 Fruitville Pike in Manheim Township and began to follow a teenage, adult female around the store. At one point, the female entered the dressing room area to try on clothing. The victim saw the male, with his phone, under the changing room door.

Security footage from the store confirmed the victim’s account as the depicted male was observed crouching down and holding his phone under the dressing room door, used by the victim. The victim screamed and the male hastily fled the store, using a fire exit door. The male was last seen driving away from the area in the pictured white pickup truck.
