The company received recognition for its notable achievements from national, regional, and real estate organizations.

On a regional scale, Morgan Properties earned a total of 133 awards for its excellent leasing, maintenance, marketing, management, and service from the following associations:

  • Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA)
  • Northern Ohio Apartment Association (NOAA)
  • Pennsylvania Apartment Association (PAA)
  • Property Management Association (PMA) – Metro DC

The company was also one of two finalists for the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) Real Estate Management Excellence Awards. Notably, both Jonathan Morgan, President of Morgan Properties JV, and Jason Morgan, President of Morgan Properties Special Situations and Principal, earned national and local recognition for their dealmaking prowess. Jonathan was a Philadelphia Business Journal Dealmaker of the Year finalist and Jason was a GlobeSt. 50 Under 40 honoree. Brian Turner, Facilities Area Vice President at Morgan Properties, won Multi-Housing News’ gold award for the Facilities and Maintenance Manager of the Year, and Robin Stein, Associate General Counsel at Morgan Properties, was a Rochester Business Journal Legal Excellence Award winner for In-House Counsel.
