PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department has issued a plea for help in the search for 16-year-old Angel Ovidio Tanchez Pacheco, who has been reported missing since Friday, May 5th. Officials state that he was last seen on the 2500 block of South Reese Street at approximately 2:00 P.M.

Angel is described as a 5’4″ teenage boy, weighing 123lbs with a thin build and light brown complexion. He has black hair and beautiful brown eyes, with a tattoo of an airplane on his right arm. Angel was last seen wearing a blue shirt, silver chain, and tan pants.

This situation has been a cause for concern, and any information that can help locate Angel is crucial. The public’s assistance is needed to ensure Angel’s safe return to his loved ones.
